Misconception about Taijiquan

A lot of people have the misconception that taijiquan is only meant for senior citizens. Why is that so. The main reason is because tradtionally, people have always seen old people doing taiji exercise in the park, moving in an awefully slow manner.

However, what a lot of people did not realise is that as slow as those movements may seem, if practised in the correct way, taijiquan does offer a lot of benefits. (I will create a post later to talk about the benefits of taijiquan.) In fact, taijiquan is suitable for people of all ages, from children of age 5 to elderly in their 90s.
